Summary (TL;DR)

• We don’t run invasive tracking. The Site is static and hosted by IONOS; like most hosts, they log basic server data (e.g., IP, user-agent) for reliability and security.
• Wallet interactions for buying/swapping happen through third parties (e.g., Jupiter, Raydium, your wallet extension). We never see your private keys.
• On-chain activity (wallet address, transactions, token balances) is public by design and outside our control.
• We embed X/Twitter to show updates; their widget may set cookies or collect device/network data per their policies.

Who we are

What we collect

• Basic site logs (via our host, IONOS): IP address, timestamps, requested URL, referrer, and user-agent. Used for uptime, security, and abuse prevention.
• Contact information if you email us or fill a form (name, email, message). We use it to respond and keep records of support/presale communications.
• Wallet & on-chain data: If you connect a wallet or transact, your public wallet address and related on-chain activity are public and may be referenced by us (e.g., to verify a contribution or distribute tokens). We do not collect private keys or seed phrases.
• Cookies/Embeds: Third-party embeds (e.g., X/Twitter) and the Jupiter Terminal may read/write cookies or collect technical data. See “Third-party services”.

How we use information

• Operate, maintain, and secure the Site and presale pages.
• Communicate about presale/launch updates, distributions, support, and security notices.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and reasonable law-enforcement requests.

Blockchain specifics

Transactions on Solana (or any blockchain) are public and permanently recorded. Anyone (including us) can view wallet addresses, transaction amounts, token balances, and on-chain interactions on public explorers. We cannot alter or delete on-chain records.

Third-party services we use

• Hosting: IONOS (web server & logs).
• Swap/Aggregator: Jupiter Terminal (embedded), external links to Jupiter/Raydium. Your wallet extension (e.g., Phantom) handles signing.
• Social embeds: X/Twitter widget to display our latest post.

These providers may process technical identifiers (IP, device, browser), cookies, and usage data under their own privacy policies. Check their documentation for details and opt-outs.

Sharing of information

We share information only with:

• Service providers (hosting, support tools) bound by contracts to protect data and use it only for our instructions.
• Law enforcement or regulators where required by law or to protect rights/security.
• Public blockchain participants as a function of using the network (e.g., validators, indexers, explorers).

We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

We may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) with our providers.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object or restrict certain processing.

• EEA/UK: GDPR rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
• California: We don’t “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You may request access/deletion subject to exceptions.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No online service is 100% secure. Protect your wallet: never share seed phrases or private keys. We will never DM you requesting funds or keys.

Children’s privacy

The Site and token are not directed to children. Do not use the Site if you are under the age required by your jurisdiction (typically 13 or 16). Financial participation is intended for adults only.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes are effective when posted here. We will adjust the “Last updated” date and, if material, provide additional notice.
